Nashville — Several athletes at last night's Professional Bull Riders Camping World Team Series homestand, no doubt felt luckiest in the locker room when Kacey Musgraves decided to "come say and hi and hang with the cool people."
Turns out the seven-time Grammy Award winner is a fan of PBR (and the Dallas Cowboys of course.) Musgraves wanted to know how the bull riders managed their nerves; a fitting question from a singer who first hit the stage as a child.
"Is your adrenaline like...[as she motioned with her arm upwards]?"
Austin Gamblers rider Ezekial Mitchell wasted no time stepping up to the 'Space Cowboy' singer to pose for a photo.
“I gotta get a picture for my fiancé… and kinda for me,” he said sheepishly with a smile.
The PBR Camping World Team Series next travels to the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, for Gambler Days, the sixth event of the 2024 season. The event starts on at 7:45 p.m. CT on Friday, August 23 and Saturday, August 24, and 1:45 p.m. CT on Sunday, August 25.
