Texas —Now that the holidays are officially over, it's time to clear those leftovers out! From the bread to the cranberry sauce, Chef Derricka Clayton says you can ramp up your leftovers with her Ham Cranberry Brie Bites.
Roll out the croissant dough and cut into squares. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and place a croissant square in each cup. Cut the brie into small pieces and place a piece inside each croissant cup. Place the ham, pecans, and cranberry sauce in the cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Once cooked then garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
