Another viral video of a teenage girl getting beaten up by her classmate.  Dr. Phil sits down with the accused 13-year-old bully who allegedly beat up two teens for the first time to find out why she is so angry.  

In part 2, Dr. Phil talks with the13-year-old who is accused of bullying the two girls from her middle school. The girl’s parents, Ervin and Carla, say their daughter isn’t a bully but a victim.  Dr. Phil finds out what happened to cause this teen to lash out. Plus Dr. James Kimmel explains why teens are so violent.
